Running the Concession Stand - and loving it!

Thank you to Catie Price for rising to the role of Volunteer Coordinator for 2006-07

The Volunteer Coordinator will oversee that all the events/fundraisers/trips have an "Event Coordinator." By dividing up the various tasks and having someone(s) assume the lead "Event Coordinator" position, and be the main Point Of Contact  for the activity, all the many jobs get done without one person getting left with the whole load. Please support Peggy as she fills the various needs.
You can volunteer for the positions you are most comfortable with, knowing there will be a team of people to support you. Peggy tracks who is responsible for each of the major responsibilities and maintains a list of people who are willing to help.

So, Who's Who in Chantilly Band Boosters?

Read the list of  Volunteers , see who's "retiring" and offer your skills to replace our Seniors' parents. See an opening? Step forward and sign up. We guarantee it will be rewarding!  Parents of underclassmen - particularly Sophomores and Freshmen - are asked to begin considering taking on the Event Coordinator positions that will become vacant in the Spring due to graduation. Now is a great time to work with the existing Coordinators to learn the ropes and it is a great way to be involved.

Like to talk on the phone? Like to count money? Like to drive trucks? Interest in photography/videography? Like to ride on buses with teenagers? Do you have contacts with the media or an interest in Public Relations? There is something for everyone! Let us know your interests and we will find a place to include you.
