We have vacation or another summer camp planned already. Can my child miss part of this camp?
Due to the progressive nature of the camp, we ask that students not miss multiple days in a row. Please try to avoid taking long trips during the dates of the camp. We understand extenuating circumstances and illness may arise but hope students are able to participate in a majority of the instructional hours.

Does the camp provide instruments?
NO – students should come with instruments rented/purchased already. If you have questions about how to get an instrument, please contact the band or orchestra teacher at your school.
For assistance in the selection of a suitable instrument for a beginning student, please contact your school’s band or orchestra teacher.
Is lunch provided?
NO – however, all students have a 15-minute break and time for a snack.
Can I participate if I do not attend at Fairfax County School?
YES – we welcome students from any school division to join us! All students and parents/guardians are responsible for their own transportation.
Is financial aid available?

If financial assistance is needed, contact the band or orchestra teacher at your student’ school for resources.
